Bookkeeper

ROLE


Our business is rapidly growing, and we are currently seeking a highly organised and self-motivated bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, effectively problem solve and have good time management.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Completing both regular and ad-hoc payroll
  • Provide assistance to CFO and Management Accountants with tax and financial matters
  • Assisting with accounts payable and receivable where required
  • Account reconciliation
  • Management of electronic records and databases
  • Banking

Candidate Requirements


  • Proficiency in Xero
  • A Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/accounting or higher
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work flexibly and under pressure

Desirable skills and experience


  • High proficiency in Microsoft 365, ideally with an understanding of SharePoint
  • BAS preparation
